Within the 101 Centerpoint Drive building, lies an additional 2000 square feet of brand-new construction featuring private offices to accommodate individuals with a modest budget who only need a place to set-up their laptops. These fully furnished offices make it super easy to move right in and get to work.
Whether you are a solopreneur in need of a private office or a small business looking for new office space, OfficePlace has the right space for you.
Conveniently located in Central Connecticut, just 15 minutes from Hartford, the new office space includes private offices, a double office, small office space, medium office space and large office space. We also offer the option to customize the space to fit the needs of your business.
Some are interior offices with frosted glass doors to the common hallway that provide light and privacy at the same time, some have exterior windows for natural light and an outside view.
The OfficePlace staff is here to work with you and find the best solution for your needs. And we’re not afraid of getting creative with the space to create the best office for your needs. For example, there is also the option to group existing office space together to form an office suite with a customized floor plan that works for you and your team.
Meeting Rooms for Rent
In addition to the office space, this new wing includes two meeting rooms. Each one joins the line-up of OfficePlace meeting rooms designed to enhance your meeting with high-tech equipment to make your board meetings, presentations or virtual meetings worry-free. Included in the rooms are large monitors, cameras for virtual participants to view the entire room, HDMI cables so you can just plug into your laptop and begin, conferencing phones to include additional participants to the conversation and whiteboards so you can display presentation details for all to see – allowing you to greet your guests and launch your meeting with a breeze. All our meeting rooms feature generous conference tables and comfortably designed chairs to keep your attendees focused on the business at hand. Meeting Room East will accommodate six guests and Boardroom East has enough space for 10 people.

Included in the lease for every office are parking, Wi-Fi, furniture, utilities, janitorial service and use of the on-site kitchen.Our newly created kitchen area, just steps from any office, features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, cabinets, counter space and coffee bar. A nearby print/copy room can also be accessed.
Flexible Lease Terms
Our spaces are priced to fit a range of budgets. Office floor plans and leases are created to suit your business needs for management and staff members with additional consideration to timeline and budget. Lease terms range from month to month and temporary, to short-term and long-term leases. Suite signs are provided and access to the building is 24/7/365 with a fob to enter after-hours, presented at the time of signing.
