Get to Know Office Place: Lennie Leibenhaut
Lennie Leibenhaut has had a long career as an entrepreneur. Business startups included businesses in manufacturing, retail, and publishing. Well known as a local employer and active member of the Middletown business community, his Three Cheers Hallmark stores and his great success as the publisher of Beanie Babies Price Guides are pinnacles of his career.
His real estate background began in 1999 with the purchase of a two-story office building that served as the headquarters for CheckerBee Publishing. Now known as the 101 Centerpoint Drive building, the property includes a second building and available 5 acres of development land with frontage on I-91.
Over the past 20 years, Leibenhaut has worked as a commercial real estate sales agent, landlord and property manager with services to many tenants, businesses, professional and non-profit organizations.
OfficePlace Opens in Middletown, CT
With an ongoing entrepreneurial spirit, in 2015, OfficePlace was launched. As laptops and cell phones enable mobility to work from anywhere, the changing needs for productive office workspace were embraced.
