“Safe Six” Zoom Room Meeting Space is Here!
If you’re ready for an “in-person” meeting, OfficePlace is ready for you! We have everything you need to meet safely while following the State of Connecticut’s Post-Quarantine Guidelines.
While currently we are only accepting gatherings of five, three of our most popular meeting spaces have been transformed to provide “Safe Six” Social Distancing peace of mind. Our Great Room is now also known as our premium Zoom Room.
Here’s what it offers:
- The shared tables have been swapped out for individual desks spaced 6 feet apart
- No restrictive time limits using our OfficePlace Zoom Subscription Account
- No restricted number of participants
- Extra-large monitor for extra-large viewing of meeting participants
- High quality camera, speakers, and microphone — video and audio tested and ready
- “Safe Six Seating” combining small live group meetings with unlimited virtual participants
- Discount pricing for June meetings
Meetings are being scheduled from a minimum two hour block to all day with an hour in between to disinfect the room for the next group to safely meet. No back to back meetings. OfficePlace also offers the use of our other meeting rooms for you to Zoom with your account while still providing “Safe Six” distancing. Those rooms also offer large monitors, HDMI cables, conferencing phones, wi-fi with 500 mbps fiber service along with white boards, and a table for in-room catering.
While we are unable to offer the use of our café kitchen to our meeting guests, you will be allowed to bring in or have food delivered.
For everyone’s safety, we are requiring that all visitors to our facilities wear a mask while inside the building and in the common areas. A mask will be provided if needed. Other “Safe Six” rules are posted in the common areas of the building and hand sanitizers are available as well.
